“Erinnerung” explores sensory perceptions, the pathways of information from short-term to long-term memory, the brain regions involved, and thus the processes that make memory possible.
The drawings represent a scientific exploration of the anatomy of memory based on the interplay of mind and body. The series consists of 8 drawings in the format 60×40 cm, graphite on paper.
